Spring 2024 Floral Design Workshop & Tea:
Reimagining the May Day Basket
Let’s celebrate another spring with local blooms, delicious tea, and branches.
In this workshop, we’ll use curly willow branches to play and “unweave” the idea of the woven May Day basket. Choose between a basket or glass vase and learn how the branches are a tool in the florist’s toolbox as much as a design element.
As we arrange our flowers, we’ll also enjoy Blooming Hill’s lavender tea, featuring traditional cream tea, scones, and ice cream topped with lavender merengue.
